Our tour cancellation policy is hassle-free, offering a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure. For groups of 10 or more guests, we require a 72-hour notice for cancellations.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure, including reductions in passenger numbers or changing tour departure times or days are non-refundable. However, if you cancel outside this window, you'll receive a 100% refund. To cancel your tour, please call us at 1-888-474-2288.

Please note that if you fail to arrive for your tour, you'll be considered a 'No Show,' and no refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel a departure if there are fewer than 4 guests reserved at the time or due to events beyond our control (such as adverse weather or technical issues). In such cases, guests will receive a full refund.
